I think it was the first version of what some people want to be a genuine plague. BTW, I was probably the first non Chinese, non government person in the world to know about covid. In early spring of 2019 I was in China and a friend showed me a document saying they think the US was planning a biological attack on China.
It was and is a cold virus.

Whatever you saw was nonsense and the Chinese covering up their release of an annoying pathogen.
It could be as you say. But knowing the timeline, when I saw that document, the abundance of research showing it had genetic components from different virusus, and the fact that the US was funding that lab in Wuhan, and Fauci and others in the administrative state tried to prevent that information from coming out... I don't think it was nonsense. It forces me to ask - how much circumstantial evidence equals direct evidence?
 You’re not thinking clearly.

It was a benign cold virus released by governments to control world populations.

The Chinese used it to eliminate dissidents.

The US used it to flood the world with paper cash which politicians could funnel to their corrupt associates.
