Is it for people looking at your profile to see your picture upload (I guess Instagram-like but I didn't use this shit for years so I don't know how it is now)?

I'm not sure what is the use case beside collecting meme for other to see. 

 Basically curating stuff you want others to see who visit your profile. With content creators in mind. Could be art, memes, photography, whatever you make your profile about.
