Pretty sure Musk did not disable Starlink satellites; he instead did not activate Starlink satellites that were inactive.

Yes, not helping Ukraine by activating satellites exacted a huge toll on human life.

So, has Ukraine stopped using Starlink services?

After all, Musk has shown himself to be unreliable and more concerned about Russia. 

 Some Ukrainian soldiers died because their guns were not in working order. Because YOU did not clean and service their guns, they died and the Russian soldiers that they didn't kill went on to kill children. YOU KILLED CHILDREN.

Starlink was never enabled in the area Ukraine wanted him to enable it. He did not disable anything.

This is the trolly problem. Are people only guilty if they take positive action? Or is the outcome all that matters?  And if it is the latter, then YOU KILLED CHILDREN. 

 But it gets worse for your argument. Ukraine wanted it enabled so that they could perform a military strike with drones. Who is to say how many innocent people would have been killed in that strike? Blaming Elon Musk for events that those soldiers did subsequenty is two bridges too far.

Do you believe killing Russians is holy and their lives don't matter?

There are other ways to see this. One could argue that because Ukraine has not surrendered and continues to fight an obviously unwinnable battle, all these deaths are on them. Or one could argue that because Joe Biden did not give Putin assurance that Ukraine would not join NATO, all these deaths are on Joe Biden.  Or you could argue that because Putin gives the orders to strike, all these deaths are on Putin.  I think that last one is the most direct and sensible argument.

Putin is the one who killed children. Not Elon Musk.
