OT question: Have you nanaged to backup star9 into a drive in the local network? every attempt gives me a metadata error once it finishes, been troubleshooting today and just read you are using it as well... An OS with programs, configuration and data without an efficient backup is a recipe for heartburns...
I'm freeballing it. Tried backing up to an external drive.... didn't work. I didn't even get to the point where it started, much less finished.
And I don't see a redemption number for the customer support. I'll need to bite the 100$ bullet to get this thing running smooth and appropriately. It'll be money well spent.
