And highlight the difference. People don’t know how social media works, nor why nostr is a needed solution. Just a random thought.

Most people don't and won't get decentralized technology until they need it most. Would be nice if the need for decentralized tools/tech was more self evident.
Most people just cannot see outside their social circles. It's hard.
Thought of illustration videos where multiple nostriches throw paper planes to some happy little monsters with many arms (the relays) and these just throw them around. On could prepend another part of such a video with one big ugly and angry monster that eats up some of the paper planes and even throws them back if it does not like them, or even eats up the person sending them. This would show the defacto centralized versus decentralized approach. But I'm not an artist... @fiatjaf
