What would you ameliorate? Someone you actually know sends you this invite. A person that you already have communicating lines with, to check whether this is real or not. The whole point is that you wouldn't get this from a stranger. And even if it is a total stranger, he's still giving you real money that you can directly go and spend for real things 👉 no better way to check.

I have had friends of mine who had their accounts compromised, sending random messages to make me access a specific link that has malware. By default I don’t click on links sent out of random even from close friends I ask them what is the link about and then once they reply again and it’s not a bot I check then the link. I think that malicious people could use the same interface to access my mutiny wallet. I think a gift voucher that I could input in mutiny for a gift would give me more confidence that it is real.
