Paid relays are very good. I don't see the spam you are referring to for a weeks already.

 I only use one paid relay: wss://nostr.wine

 I hate to say this. but all measures we have now are barely effective. I have been trying to figure this out, but its very difficult.

Best way to take all of this out. move to paid relays.

Go to settings, security, hidden words

Add the name.jpeg
