Ok, so, Told you, the lowest level employees decide the efficacy and effectiveness of any organisation. Say, lowest level employees collect data,..so many people have spelling mistake in their voter id or pan card etc..,that causes problems to enroll aadhaar card, and that create problems in bank accounts etc. Those minor issues slow down the entire system. The state machinery slows down everything and eat the economy like worms from inside. If somehow you can manage to get out of that bureaucratic trap, you will make some progress🤣.
