The only downside is that I am working from home and their place is past my work, so now I need to go to the office so that I can pick it up later.
I got it back and to their credit, they charged me a grand total of ¤0🇳🇴.

I didn't ask why but I guess they felt bad for me waiting three weeks.

Sometimes it is worth complaining. 😉 Indeed I should have done it sooner.

Ok we have had snow ❄️ and ice 🧊 now in the mornings, so no more messing around. It's time to switch to the winter setup.

 #Unicycle nerds 🤷

On my trip in today I met up with a friend and he joined me for part of the route.

We also swapped unicycles for a bit and it was weird. My uni is a 24x3 with 100mm cranks and his is a 29 with 150 min cranks. The change was enough that we both messed up our initial mounts.

I do not feel bad as it has been a long time since I road a unicycle with such long cranks. Only a couple of days back I was riding around on a unicycle with 45mm cranks. 🤣

FWIW, I moved the mudguard and lights across and took "the backup".

That is actually a new tyre (I have owned it for years but never used it). Ther recommend that you do a few KMs on brare tarmac when you first get these to really embed the studs in. I might as well do that now before the snow and ice come back.

Maybe I should stop paying for Strava 🤔

Yeah, there is absolutely no need for the backup today. The rain yesterday washed away all signs of snow and ice and today it is relatively warm at +5℃. 😆
