TPSRule#2: Glass is half full, tell them what they want to hear. Take a step back and focus on the positives before the negatives. Nobody dings you for being too positive, it just annoys them… But they really get upset when you are pessimistic and take it as a personal attack on their ideas. Truth does not matter as much as making other people feel good. Most people hate the truth and want to avoid it.
