I think its hilarious that there is no good answer for public school funding changes. Come on. Whats good about bitcoin? Its extremely expensive, slow and non private. Sure monero has a core developmebt team, but lets not pretebd that bitcoin doesnt. It might not be maintained by the original developers anymore, but you can see the decetraliation aspect on every BIP. All BIPs are assigned a number by a group of developers. If they dont like a proposal, they reject it. And since BIPs are activated by signaling, if you start publishing your own bips, there is no way to know if a signal is for your BIP, or the mainstream one. This means that bitcoin has leadership

Did you know you can generate a btc private key with pen paper and a dice? The bad news is that generating the address is so long that you ill end up typing your private key into a computer anyway

I'm going to start my own theory. It's the "thousand monkeys" thing. They are hoping to write something smart by chance and get zaps.
What I mean by dictionary is that generating random letters on any programming language is free cheap on resources and fast. But programming languages don't know words, so this person had to download a dictionary (whichdoesn't take up mch space but it takes a lot more space than not having it) and selecting 4 or 5 random words (which again is more resources than picking random letters).
Another possible option s that this person is trying to spam or DOS a relay. A relay could block an IP that only sends Radom letters, but words are harder to analyze

Yes and no. Afaik, wot is based on the people you follow. If you follow 50 people and those 50 follow a same account, that account has a high score FOR YOU, not for everyone.
