He is correct and this is an important video.
One change, tho: the Supreme Court since ruled you can't just remain silent; you must state (doesn't require you to speak; you can provide in print) that you are exercising your constitutional right to remain silent.
That happened after this talk.
I suspect most people don't understand: the police don't work for you/us. They work for the district attorney. Their job is to get as much evidence as possible for the DA to get a conviction.
