@eb948c00 @de22920b I can definitely understand how this would be the case for some people, but I wouldn't say "it's so much better for everyone", as it's very much the opposite for me.  I find voice-only calls to be very stressful and anxiety-inducing; it's much easier for me if I can read somebody's face while they're talking.
