Agree COMPLETELY. We need simple tools so that INDIVIDUALS can make their own choices.
Look at it this way--if all USERS simply block spam on their own by muting, then we will (over time) extinguish spam.
The solution is to make better tools for INDIVIDUALS to use, and to not censor at a global (relay) level. nostr.fmt.wiz.biz
He started/contributed to a movement that lives on. He knew my imaginary friend, Hal Finney. But, I do wish he had more time for us on #nostr. I get it. He runs @Blockstream , he’s busy. We are busy as beekeepers. Can’t imagine his schedule; wouldn’t want to do.

The strange thing I’m noticing. Paid relays, at least the one I’m connected to, are very slow. The @damus relays is at least two times faster. nostr.fmt.wiz.biz
I have nothing but love for the effort and engendering that goes into a project like @joinpeertube.org.web.brid.gy
But couldn’t is be replaced by a website that just hosts a collection of webtorrents?
