@d4b81373 I just canned another "functional" FB account (think it's the 6th or 7th I've deleted now) because it got so polluted with ads, "you may know" etc. that it was Impossible to see the tiny amount of content I wanted. I get that it needs to make money but it also has to let me see content I actually want
@d4b81373 used to see that all the time with K, the number of places that will tell you they're "fully accessible" "but with a small step" is crazy, there's even worse out there, we had a restaurant in Leeds offer to carry her and the chair up the 4 step stairs to their "accessible" dining room when we pointed out they were anything but.
@d4b81373 ugh, nope. It's an idea for a mod chip that could be enclosed in a carved out 0.4" wide DIL chip to replicate the original function and add a few new ones.
@d4b81373 by "party", I meant me, on my own (except for the cat), by "grilled" I mean waved at the flame until the blood reaches body temperature. I do like death metal.
@d4b81373@af279435 PJL over Ethernet used to allow you to send custom messages to the display on HP printers, might still do, so you could send random weirdness to any printer you could contact via network.
@82f41ecb Peel the label, there are pics of genuine U-Blox modules on U-Blox's website and one of the tells is the presence and arrangement of 3 holes in the screening can. Also the U-Blox Windows application is helpful. Make sure the voltages are correct though, I've seen them do weird things if the regulator on board hasn't got enough headroom
@d4b81373 short, sharp lesson to only put code in the bits marked user was learned quickly but I only got bitten the once, I just dont get enough time to keep the skills going.
