What do you feel? Are you aware of it? Have you ever noticed it? And do you even know the difference between thinking and feeling?

Today, we understand that there is a close connection between our mind and our health. We have so much information about ourselves (even though it often feels like we still don't know enough), but we can’t seem to evaluate it effectively. This is because we lack emotional intelligence.

Most of us never had a subject like emotional intelligence in school. Although people started researching it in the 1980s, after all these years, no one has fought hard enough to make it part of the curriculum. I no longer ask why, as that doesn’t solve anything. Instead, I ask what we can do today to become more aware of our feelings, to recognize when something is off, and to detect when things are out of balance—leading us to feel stuck in life.

I believe that everyone wants to grow, but without acknowledging our feelings, it’s impossible to reach our full potential.

We often talk about science, data, and facts, but these alone aren’t enough for a happy life. We lose our balance while trying to gather all the data to maximize efficiency in our jobs, and we don’t notice that we’ve silently disconnected from ourselves.

We devalue our feelings because we don’t have formal education on them. We dismiss our intuition because people around us laugh when we say, “I don’t know, but I feel it’s right.” We don’t even understand what intuition is or how to use it.

We’ve adopted the mindset of our ancestors, who had to suppress their feelings to survive. But have they ever escaped survival mode? Have they ever truly lived?

Painting is one way to quiet the mind. It allows you to observe both what the paints create and how your mind and gut react to the movements that form the image on the canvas.

I paint what I see around me and what I think we often overlook. Some aspects of nature are disappearing before our eyes, and instead of caring for what’s left, we sink into depressive states, deciding we are hopeless. This creates a destructive environment in our bodies, which we then pass on to others.

So, I ask: what can you do today to start recognizing your feelings?

The Power of the Present Moment

I cannot control what will happen when and how. But I can influence what I do with the time I have. And it seems so little. But is it just an illusion?

What brings you back to the present? When you don't dwell on the past and don't worry about what you have to do or what lies ahead?

When do you realize the seconds you're experiencing now?
What's beautiful about them? And that now is the moment when you see a beautiful horizon, rain falling to the ground, the sun setting, and the emerging night?

I deliberately choose those moments that most people see as ruining their lives. Why? Because there is so much beauty in it. These moments that often disrupt our perfect plans for "free" time, and suddenly we're angry that we can't go anywhere.

Isn't it just our minds programming us to see something wrong with not being able to use the moment for ourselves as we wanted?
And why can't we look at it differently? That it's an opportunity, a chance to boldly inhale fresh air after the rain, observe a different spectrum of colors than the ones we see in sunny weather.

Listen to the silence, and maybe just the fleeting rustling of trees when no one is outside and it's quiet.
Let the silence, which we so often avoid, have its effect on us.

I often think about this when I paint, how many emotions, how many beautiful experiences we avoid just because of some beliefs.

And the magical moments, full of otherworldly atmosphere, which often form fairy tales and movies, I paint onto the canvas with joy and bliss.
Because they belong to life and have an equally significant place on this amazingly diverse earth. Which always balances all processes.

Tina Turner @tinaturner , ready for @open_art_fest in Prague next weekend 🙌 yay!

I could comment it, I could be nostalgic and sentimental and I'm for sure, but not here. Cause everything was said by herself, her life, her story. I'm super happy I painted her, it was a beautiful journey ❤️🤍💛

 Finding Beauty in Life's Challenges

Life often throws challenges and tests our way, some of which seem to stretch on endlessly. It can feel like there's an unfairness in the world, and that we're not getting what we truly deserve.

But within these trials lies a hidden lesson, patiently waiting for us to uncover its wisdom.

Once we've learned, a reward emerges, often in unexpected forms – and therein lies the beauty.

Take, for instance, a day I spent waiting for a ferry just before the summer season. I found myself waiting for three hours due to an unexpected national holiday. My past self might have been frustrated by the delay, but my newfound perspective saw an opportunity.

That evening, the sky gifted me with the most breathtaking sunset I've ever witnessed. The clouds painted a canvas that amplified the beauty of the sun's gentle glow.

This experience taught me that we don't always need to fight against the challenges life presents. Sometimes, by embracing them, we open ourselves to rewards we could never have planned for.

Remember, in the midst of adversity, there's often unexpected beauty waiting to be discovered. 🌅✨

This painting is result of it and it is present and available for sale on my exhibition in Jablonec, 60x50cm.

Have you ever been in the company of individuals or a group that leaves you feeling drained, frustrated, or even depressed when they depart?

It's a common experience to find ourselves among such people and allow their influence to persist throughout much of our lives. We sense that something is amiss, yet often feel powerless to enact change. Once we comprehend the toll it takes on our vitality, with no reciprocation, we decisively draw a line under this past ordeal. Nevertheless, that person continues to infiltrate our life, attempting to extract any shred of our goodwill, as this is what sustains their dependent personality.

Engaging in their games won't offer any assistance. In doing so, we merely reinforce destructive patterns within them, within ourselves, and inadvertently spread toxicity to our surroundings.

Only when we establish clear boundaries does the person cease their pursuit. Perhaps not immediately, but eventually, they exhaust themselves.

Let the lives of those who have achieved this after enduring harrowing experiences be a profound source of inspiration

From Scarcity to Splendor: Unveiling the Canvas of My Dreams

Amidst the shadows of a post-communistic era, I found myself navigating the labyrinth of a poverty-stricken neighborhood. Every corner of the world around me seemed to echo the struggles of a bygone era, leaving me yearning for a touch of true beauty. But in a world stained with scarcity, finding even a glimpse of elegance felt like chasing a distant star.

Clothes worn and rooms worn-out, I longed for a slice of magnificence. It was during these trying times that I discovered a realm where beauty was mine to define—within the strokes of a humble pencil. As the lead met paper, a symphony of colors danced before me, soothing my restless mind and whisking me away to a world of boundless imagination.

In the sanctuary of my sketches, I found solace. In a world that often felt marred by imperfection, the paper became a blank canvas upon which I painted my aspirations. Each line and shade held the power to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary, and for those precious moments, I was enveloped in the cocoon of contentment.

Yet, my dreams reached beyond the confines of paper and pencil. A persistent desire took root—a yearning for a haven where beauty thrived, an atelier that breathed life into my visions. For I've come to know that true creativity flourishes in an environment of inspiration, a sanctuary of aesthetics that mirrors the landscapes of our dreams.

Isn't it true that our surroundings shape our thoughts, feelings, and ambitions? Just as society aspires to dwell in spaces that exude elegance, why shouldn't our inner sanctuaries reflect the serenity of a zen garden? Amidst life's chaos, we can curate pockets of paradise, where even the air we breathe carries the essence of beauty.

And so, the strokes of a paintbrush carry me home, each hue and stroke whispering the language of my soul. Within the canvas of my dreams, I paint not just colors, but my very identity. Every brushstroke becomes a brush with the extraordinary, a testament to the power of beauty and authenticity.

Join me on a journey of transformation, where the ordinary blossoms into the extraordinary, and you wield the paintbrush that breathes life into your soul's canvas. Embrace the enchantment of custom art, a reflection of your unique spirit, and turn your space into a sanctuary of inspiration. Let beauty infuse every corner of your life, kindling the fire of creativity within. Your story deserves to be painted with the vibrant hues of your heart.

Unlocking Freedom Through Alignment: Embrace Your True Self

In a world where masks often conceal our true feelings, I navigated between two realms – reason and sensitivity. Life's milestones brought exhilarating highs and moments of fury, yet my mind remained steadfastly rational. But unexpected emotions, unfiltered and raw, revealed a new facet of my being.

The catalyst? People I barely crossed paths with, unwittingly guiding me to a revelation that, until then, eluded me.

Patience wore thin over seven years, as the puzzle pieces struggled to fit. I yearned to break free from an environment that demanded performance, drained like a runner in an endless race.

Then, a single article reshaped my perspective. It spoke of highly sensitive souls, a trait I recognized but had dismissed. This time, it struck a chord. My heart raced as I realized this was the missing piece.

Now, everything makes sense. I understand I've walked a divergent path, igniting my chronic frustration. With open arms, I embraced my genuine identity. A weight lifted, and life became simpler. Knowing who I am illuminated the path ahead.

Our journey is about alignment – aligning with our true selves. This alignment liberates us, freeing us from pretense and guiding us toward a life of authenticity. Embrace your identity, and let the light of alignment lead the way.
