How do you recommend to get GrapheneOS?

Do you recommend to use time auto-update, app auto-update i.e. using GrapheneOS servers?

If you use GOS the default way it's more anty-privacy than using stock Android.
You are a beacon.
 Do not use Obtainum
When using Obtainum you must trust all developers and all platforms they use to push updates.

How do you verify apks using Obtainum?

When it comes to GrapheneOS.
Disable auto-updates and their App app.
Disable all connections to Graphene servers.
Don't allow them to collect data about you.
Download updates using Tor and sideload them.
If you want to use GrapheneOS with default settings just use stock Android. It will be more secure and privacy oriented.
