Apple can bypass your #VPN. They can send and receive your network traffic in unencrypted form regardless of whether you have enabled a VPN connection. This has been known for years. Why do you still use Apple if you value your privacy? Get a GrapheneOS phone instead.

 Can Googled Android do that as well?  Glad I'm using LineageOS.  Need to look into GrapheneOS. 

 Obviously. If the OS on your device is from big-tech devils, always assume it bypasses your VPN. Wether it's Apple, Google or Microsoft. You can't trust anyone, specially if it's closed-source. 

 I'm woried about Apple that's why I give my data to Micay because he's so predictible.

Do you recommend to use time auto-update, app auto-update i.e. using GrapheneOS servers? 

 Have to look that one up.  Not familiar with GrapheneOS
