Yea you can take your nsec into other apps and its still you and your following. Nsec is your private key so try not to use it in shady apps because just like a bitcoin private key if someone gets that they'll have access to your account to do whatever

Amethyst is the best - it's what I use too. Primal works well too, not sure why it was so slow for you. It's good that you started with Primal, though, because you got the wallet set up. BTC Sessions is great; his videos walked me through a lot of things when I was getting started. Nostr keeps improving, and I hope that one day watching a video won't even be needed to get started - that's when we'll know we've really succeeded. Glad you found your way here.

I tried to Zap you but you dont have a lightning address set up to receive bitcoin. Easiest way to get one is Wallet of Satoshi, getalby or Zeus wallet ⚡
Welcome if you need help setting up a lightning address feel free to reach out. Nostr is just a better place to build. Yes it doesn't have the network effect yet but you can't get rugged by a third party. You are control of your social network circl and with your Nsec you can move from app to app and have the same following. The potential here is endless. Enjoy the ride.
