This lawsuit created a liability for Elon. He was not able to mention any cryptocurrency’s publicly during this case because it was uncertain if it would be ruled as market manipulation.
Now that he has defeated the lawsuit, there is a precedence. His publicly vocal support of #Doge was ruled compliant.
It is in Elon’s best interest for a meme coin that mimics his AI technology to have a significant market cap and have a cult like following. It’s essentially free marketing.
