I like my Garmin. Privacy doesn't seems same as phone or better. What annoys me is that you can only use Garmin pay and Garmin appstore. You can write apps for it but some features, including NFC, are locked. A open source wearable with NFC I would buy in a second. And then be turning it into a bolt card for lightning payments.
Hi nostr:nprofile1qqs9cy8dqeugq52k6w00rmmdgcgslc08ukg2upycdn853wsjn8948cspzamhxue69uhhyetvv9ujumn0wd68ytnzv9hxgtc93e84c should I be worried about Pegasus spyware?
Couldn't agree more Lyn. The most important thing is that people everywhere are getting value for their days work, and that it has some guarantee of value in the future.
Fwiw my take on this #bitcoin pump is that it's just a bit of a shift in sentiment combined with smashing some shorts. Lots of people have complete belief in bitcoin as SoV and the bedrock of some future monetary system but they're also willing to wait on the sidelines rather than drop every spare dollar/euro/pound into sats, and the threat of an etf driven megapump making corn more expensive has moved the fomo slider. Can go the other way (though I don't think it will).
Stay humble. Stack sats. Keep building.
Tbh if you see BTC as a way of making you rich rather than bringing a non-corrupt medium of exchange and store of value to millions, and increasing the quality of life for billions by bringing more people into a fairer financial system, then you're missing the point anyway.
