I was thinking implementing a nostr-relay, but I think there are already many good ones (maybe we can do more, but I don't see it), maybe a marketplace, some nwc new ideas, idk. I wish I could find something exciting, because I must work on the project for almost one year, so, I want to choose right, to use that time and effort studying something that worth it for me.

I am not happy with the governments starting buying bitcoins, because with the price increasing, inevitable, it will come a time when stealing it will be more economical that buying it, for wining their game theory challenge. In any case I am sure, bitcoiners will survive the attacks, but can be a huge damage for many people. We are so happy now, we are building our future, but remember that the battle for freedom is eternal, bitcoin alone can not solve everything.

Natural disasters appear to continue. A possible hurricane (Rafael) will hit Cuba. Cuba has been facing serious infrastructure problems for a long time, housing in very poor condition, power outages lasting 10 hours or more every day; all of this due to a terrible communist dictatorship that has ruled the island for more than 60 years. This whole situation could be greatly aggravated by the impacts of a possible hurricane (it is not yet clear how strong it will be when it reaches the Cuban coast).

Here maybe the problem is the channel automanagment that does phoenix, I haven't use phoenix, I don't know how it manages channels in details.

Running a full bitcoin node is a great way to enforce your rules, at least in your blockchain local copy, even against miners. But miners (more than 50% hash rate) can still restrict those rules (soft fork) in the way that you don't want, and your node will just accept it, even without running the new rules, because it is valid in the previous concensus and the chain with more work will be that, with the new rules, remember > 50 % hash rate. Can it be problematic? I think yes.

Good question, If your ln address is not linked to any wallet for a long time. I don't think they can give it to someone else, but I don't know 100%. Anyway you can link it to another wallet that a trustworthy person provide it for you (this is custodial, caution) for a while, and then unlink it, and link it to your own DIY alby hub backed by your node.
Not everyone in the world will be able to use bitcoin in a sovereign way, having unilateral access to a UTXO on chain, which I think is a problem. But, at least in my personal experience, many of the people I know don't even care about sovereignty. Maybe it's because they don't know, or maybe they just don't care at all, and everyone who wants to use bitcoin in a sovereign way will be able to do so?
