I still have a lot to learn about digital assets, LDN, about a lot of things, and how they work, and every time I come here, I really enjoy this simple feed, even if some terms are still new to me. Because I'm sure one day I will have learned all that, and I will be able to look back at these moments, and appreciate them. Basically, I'm like this:

The friendly vibe here, all around, reminds me of 2008-2010 9gag, back when it started. Obviously this is so much more than that, but that vibe is very similar, I like it. #introductions
Pretty sure I was supposed to use #introductions so I'll just repeat the question: any seniors here, online atm, who would like to answer questions for someone who just finished joining today?
So this platform, as it is decentralized, it's supposed to be keeping everything submitted, in chronological order, as it has been posted/made a note on the chosen relays. Most of the people who would choose this platform, would choose it for this benefit. Now, I don't have a lot of knowledge in how this works, but one of my questions is very simple: what would be the prospect for all this to be gone? could someone, someday just end Nostr, and all its affiliated clients?
I'll ask you a different question, to keep this going. I really appreciate the prompt replies. So I've seen that Nostr has had some advertising on the old social media platforms. I didn't migrate here from tiktok, as I've never had any content there, but I'm curious to how this platform will actually support a high inflow of users, at any given time, when it was pretty intricate for me as well, today, to go through the process, as a new user, starting from scratch, zero knowledge. To refine my question: even if advertised properly, and selectively choosing a segment of users who would be capable of going through this process of understanding how to use all Nostr clients, attaching a wallet, and so on...will it still be strong enough to support it? I've seen Alby as one of the main partners, and I couldn't sign up with them today, read a post from 11th of March about how they were not ready for the impact that Nostr had, made another acc with Voltage, and that's fine. The sync between my Snort, Iris, and Primal is also very slow. And with a first look at the numbers presented on Primal's explore page, I would say, that's not so much yet, it could be more, bigger. It has the potential, but does is have the capability?
Wow...I really appreciate you taking so much from your time to write this.
I understood your answer, and I think you are right about the risk I mentioned of having that high inflow all of a sudden, not being something to take into consideration at the moment. And as you said, I also consider that the best of knowledge on how to improve things will come through time, surpassing different types of tests/difficulties.
What I hope, is that from this end, the user end, we could actually share ideas to its creators on how to develop this, to make it better (imagine feedback actually taken into consideration somehow, maybe through some filters, I couldn't think right now of a specific frame of how that would work, but it could be doable).
To me, this protocol, in its main idea, which I think it was built on, this is something I wished for a long time ago, and I hope it will actually be that thing. If not, maybe morph into something better. Nevertheless, it is something really good, and I hope it will keep growing.
Hello, I've just finished setting up being here today, and I have a lot of questions. Any seniors here, online atm, who would like to answer any of them?
You were ahead of my second post, and I didn't get the chance to notice, sorry for that :)) Now, do I post the same thing with this # ? or do I write a new post?
