 @728613c4 It’s full name is Xitter, which of course is pronounced [Schitter]. That leads us to pronounce the platform-short name “X” just as [shit]. 

Some examples: “I just posted on X” [I just posted on Shit]. “There is so much crap being posted on X nowadays” [There is so much crap being posted on Shit nowadays].
