From your recent posts I can see you're on a PC kick but amibay.com does have a fairly active PC section and UK people are some of the most active buyers and sellers on that site.

Personally I'd put the Compact flash on the back using a slot adapter just to maintain the retro look of the front. Assuming you don't plan on swapping cards super frequently, at least. If you run out of free slots because you have it filled up with actual cards you can modify one with a bit of hackery to fit a spare empty DB-25 punch out instead.
