Whenever I travel and I tell people I am from NZ, almost without fail they will say “such a beautiful country, you must be proud”. I try to express to them that this is a function of how few people there are rather than some cultural phenomenon.

I currently live in Korea which has 60% the land area and 10x the population of NZ and yet it is still a beautiful country with amazing amounts of forest and green space.

Everyone should be afraid of a capital gains tax because it is nothing but theft. Every example of why it is necessary is logically unsound and simply a smoke screen for communists to steal from anyone with anything. There is no such thing as “Capital Gains”.
A better name for it would be an EPR “exercising property rights” tax. When ever you choose to move your savings or capital from one endeavour to another you will have to pay the communists for the privilege.
And if you are going to stone a woman to death you should bury her up to the waist so those doing the stoning don’t get turned on by her cunt and be tempted to commit adultery… which of course would result in the woman having to be stoned to death again and therefore would create an unresolvable paradox of how to satisfy Allah by stoning an already dead woman to death…

In NZ the commies went after the supermarkets for apparently gouging and the “commission” came back with some enormous profit number which made good headlines.
However, if you take the number divide it by the population it worked out to be ~$1 per person per day to provide the service “supermarkets” to over 5 million people.
I don’t know about y’all but I think a $1 a day to be able to turn up any day of the week between 8am and midnight and purchase anything from steak, broccoli, eggs, milk, lightbulbs, to toilet paper (most of the time 🤣) seems like a pretty frikin good deal eh?

I’ve been playing with the possibility that Nixon had to break it as the euro dollar system was creating too many claims against the US reserves. Foreign banks creating dollars through and then turning up to the fed asking for gold… like a speculative attack on the gold reserves by all foreign banks with enough standing to lend “dollars”…

And for all the young’uns reading this, don’t worry if you only replicate others’ playbooks when you are starting out… stay humble, learn from what you encounter, play with what you encounter, fuck shit up while you can and keep learning, if you are lucky enough to find a peer group or mentor that is positive for you stuck with it… You don’t have to write a new playbook by the time you are 25, or 30 to be “successful” :)
