 @40b06bed As I don't want to register somewhere to drop in one-time feedback, I will put it here. The tags submenu should be directly embedded into Organize submenu, because even for desktop users with mouse using three-level menu can be challenging, don't speaking about touchscreen users.
Other reason as there are no essentially other ways to organize messages except the tags.

People would communicate less online actually, as they will recognize the threat of state watching over shoulder, as more and more of that will happen. May be it is necessary step to reduce that over-dependency on gadgets. May be people will respond by using some "forbidden" software anyway, giving each other paperbooks "samizdat" about programming, compilers & cryptography, and code.... 

 @35765361 I have a related question or suggestion. It seems that a "sensitive" topic as reason for scanning has been picked in hope to induce panic and "disable" logical thinking.
What if someone posts video where own child has been abused verbally by parent? What if child want send to a friend video where (s)he is being verbally abused by teacher?
What if some sadist send "colleague" a video where sadist beats a child, without any sexual context etc?.
There are so many situations beyond CSAM!
