I find AI art fascinating for a number of reasons, but after all of the creation stuff, the most fascinating thing about it is that it may be public domain- all of it.
A judge recently ruled that the art in a particular graphic novel could not be protected by copyright, but the creator's written script for it was protected. This could be a great can of worms!

There has been a rumor in one form or another for decades that scientists found a cure for cancer, but it has been suppressed because of the financial impact it would have on drug companies and on scientific research. My argument is: what researcher would agree to keep this a secret? And wouldn't everyone else in on the research have to be dead to keep that secret?

Gosh! Why didn't the Republicans call the chief witness in all this: Rudy Giuliani? And can we see the hearings live? I want to be watching when Marjorie Taylor Greene presents Hunter's sexting photos! Or is Matt Gaetz going to do those honors?
A follow-up: I'm still symptom free and she's recovering nicely, now. Tomorrow will be Day 8 since symptoms showed up. Remdesivir has a side effect of making a bad taste in your mouth, pretty much killing the appetite, so I'm told. I hope to not experience that personally, at least not yet.
Thanks to all for your expressions of encouragement and concern.
"Tonight, Secretary of the Navy (Carlos) Del Toro, who was born in Cuba, said on CNN: “I would have never imagined that…one of our own senators would actually be aiding and abetting communist and other autocratic regimes around the world. This is having a real negative impact and will continue to have a real negative impact on our combat readiness. That’s what the American people truly need to understand.”
