I like the idea of a constitution, but sadly they seem to only be strong with an educated and eager populace.
My thought for monarchy being superior is the easier reset… over throw the king then make deals with the new one. Repeat every couple generations? Not advocating for it, but interesting thought exercise considering the sad state of our supposed liberty.
A person from childhood perceives in the soul a stream of someone else's educational will; already when the force of clarity has not yet awakened in his soul and the power of love has not yet been spiritualised in him for self-education, the will of other people, directed towards the determination, processing and strengthening of his will, has flowed into his soul; and still unable to condition and construct his own self, he builds himself with the authority imposed on him by the will of his parents, the Church, teachers, and state power, learning to be loyal and firm in direction. And only the all-consuming work of the unconscious could allow him to forget later on about these received volitional blessings, and proclaim the doctrine which calls such gifts malicious and useless.
