@30700d9a It’s absurd! They have the ability to send countless reminders, but not to send a “Hey, we’re running late. Would you prefer to arrive at … or reschedule.”
An interesting argument: even though fraud was committed, no one was harmed, everyone got their money back, therefore, it’s a witch hunt. #1. Have all the loans really been paid back in full? #2. Isn’t that rather like saying: I borrowed from my neighbor’s bank account without permission, but I paid it all back. So, no harm, no foul.
