I know I go on a bit about how utterly SHIT Scotia Homes is as a company but even they have shocked us by refusing to repair the hot water system they ballsed up by allowing an incompetent child from MAK Electrical to do the wiring.

If you get a site manager that couldn’t care less then you’ve got to hope the developer will pick up the pieces. Scotia Homes are shite at building houses and couldn’t give a flying you know what once you’ve completed. My life’s mission is to help tip them into bankrupt— they’re an insult to an already pisspoor industry
