I never had luck rinsing, not rinsing, big pot, little pot, or rice cooker. Always a mess or scorched on the bottom, then I tried the instant pot. It comes out perfect and no mess. For brown rice it's 1 part rice to 1 1/4 water or broth  22 minutes with a 15 minute natural release, then release the remaining pressure and voilà rice.

Girl pockets suck, I cut the bottom out of some and sewed some material on to make them useful. Let's not get started on the decorative pockets.😑

It is actually a pretty good description, lol. A little spicy, a little sweet. Not a life changing smoke but a nice burning and flavorful stick.
