This bot is used by the nostr:nprofile1qqsq7gkqd6kpqqngfm7vdr6ks4qwsdpdzcya2z9u6scjcquwvx203dspzemhxue69uhhyetvv9ujumn0wvh8xmmrd9skcqgjwaehxw309ac82unsd3jhqct89ejhxqg5waehxw309aex2mrp0yhxgctdw4eju6t003zktz client to filter users/feeds. Though technically any client can use reports as they see fit. It's not really a shadow ban, because your content will always exist, certain clients could filter out your content though, such as the offending note. If you don't use the nos client then I would not worry about it and carry on per usual.
Amethyst uses reports for WoT automatic blocking. This bot and report would not apply to users I believe unless they're following the bot and 5 other people they follow reports the user.

You may not be thinking about it, but if you believe in the promise of Nostr then we should expect to see Nostr feeds in many other contexts other than on a big super app in a phone -- we should see Nostr notes being referenced from and injected in unrelated webpages, unrelated apps, hardware devices, comment sections and so on. All these micro-clients will have to implement some complicated edit-fetching logic now?
