Sorry, the attorney was speaking in confidence. The politics of defense and prosecution are such that more details aren’t going to come from this source. But they’re quit credible. The entire office has had subpoenas unfulfilled while prosecution has no such problem.

A defense atty told me that they (goog, apple, meta, et al) supply prosecutors with any info they ask for on a phone call or email.

For defense attorneys, they ignore subpoenas. Yes, judicial orders, they never respond.
