 those links are just the relays lol also unrelated but having built in tips absolutely incentivizes engagement farming. nostr doesn't have the userbase size but more impressions means more chances for someone to zap. most trending/top zapped posts on nostr are low effort pro-bitcoin or anti-establishment platitudes
