The buildings at my work have bird decals on all the big windows. They're silhouettes of various birds of prey, and the idea is to scare the birds so they don't fly into the glass.

They don't just provide answers, the idea is to also give them orders. Set a timer, make a note, call this person, it's not consulting the village elder, it's a servant with the world's fanciest encyclopedia.

I'm just relieved not to see "beat the kids, that'll fix it!" in the comments. Though there is one person weirdly suggesting that more knowledge and understanding of mental health issues makes things worse. What is with people who think ignorance can solve problems?
