Localized Nostr for communication at a local event would be really neat. Something you have access to when you connect to the LAN and you can see everyone else's notes at the event.
FFXIV is down for maintenance for a couple days and I'm reduced to watching beginner videos instead of yoloing my way through the game, learning everything through fucking around and finding out.
You can use Aurora instead of the Play Store and at least not to have to use your Google account. Things change when you have purchased apps or subscriptions, where you will need to show some ID to access them.
Also, if you want to put some trust into APK mirror sites like APKPure, Obtainium can install play store apps from there, and you can even bypass Aurora. But it's a little more risky.

Does if feel like some people you know who were really smart 10 years ago have lost 20 IQ and act like complete idiots now?
Is it me who's changed, them, or both? 🤔
Man, I can't tell you how much mental clarity I gained from letting go of political ideologies and all the propaganda I still held onto. That stuff is a complete brain drain.
It's what the Japanese nostriches call it. Since a lot of them treat their feed as a group chat, so each note is just tossed into the pool. Then after the Tokyo Nostr conference, a bunch of people started air replying for fun and confusing people. But I guess it's the same as subtweeting.
NPCs in Final Fantasy XIV keep explaining lore to me, and I guess I have to RP as a retard because it just goes straight over my head. Just point at things and tell me to fight. I'm not very smart. https://i.nostr.build/nWMDo.gif
You actually need to print the whole thing out, hole punch it, put it in a binder, and then burn it.
Printing pdfs to binders is actually good practice in industrial plants, though. At least the power plants I've been to. Reading schematics from paper in the field is much better than reading from a tablet or computer.
