Don't getting the roads right is on purpose. The government gets to always make a contract with their friends to repair the bad roads, that's a constant flux of money that they can get part of it.

Just downloading Stremio and installing the Torrentio extension from the Stremio addons site. The thing is — that's illegal in several countries! So taka care to don't do something like that.
