 Dear businesses do not use Discord as a support method if a product is being sold to a business. We are currently having to figure out a risk exception for allowing Discord and here’s the problem. Discord is poorly architected and we have to allow about 5 domains to make it work and we can’t limit it to just one workspace like Slack allows us. 
Discord is not a product for business, use Email, Teams, Slack, and Matrix!

 My newest book came in, it was written by my friend and mentor Elissa Shevinsky. Whilst working with her I had my eyes opened a lot to the shit women can face in tech both micro and macro, and she was a huge inspiration to push myself to further heights. I miss working with her, she is such a strong and inspirational woman she could inspire a whole room very easily to do better. She still inspires me every day
