Dear businesses do not use Discord as a support method if a product is being sold to a business. We are currently having to figure out a risk exception for allowing Discord and here’s the problem. Discord is poorly architected and we have to allow about 5 domains to make it work and we can’t limit it to just one workspace like Slack allows us. 
Discord is not a product for business, use Email, Teams, Slack, and Matrix!

 @a6784457 I understand that Discord is NOT a product for business. It was never intended for that. But personally, I read the last sentence like this: "Discord is not a product for business, use Email, shit, shit and shit but FOSS!". I know it's too biased, especially for Matrix, but in my opinion, more businesses should adopt free and open source software, especially the smaller ones. Even Matrix, that I don't really like, is better than other proprietary options.
