I had to move back to 6.6.8 as it was one issue after the other, mostly compatibility issues
Gotta check the mempool, each tx will have its own which consolidates the entire mempool fee rate estimation in sat/vB. That is basically the fee you pay when sending a tx, most of the wallets will allow you to define the sat/vB you want to offer miners to put you tx into the meant to be mined block

Muun wallet uses submarines swaps for their lightings txs, they don’t hold funds off-chain so they settle on the layer one, so their fees need to follow what is going on within the layer one.
