Relay tech stacks have to build a solution here... Or we have to start publicly shaming relays that host that kind of content (whether intentional or not). This issue will only grow if ignored.

There is the innate incentive to do the moral/ethical thing. But also publicly shaming relays that don't attempt to block that kind of content would create a economic and social incentive (assuming running a relay is economically motivated, which likely isn't the case today).
Maybe, you can probably try using wss://nfrelay.app as global feed relay It can help most of the times when visiting global feed 🫂
