On the bright side, i introduced a very angry person off of TikTok to nostr when they were sniffing around my codebase.
There were other common attacks, likes setting up snapshot listeners to a public database, running infinite loops on certain cloud calls. Sheesh the whole shebang.

This is actually kinda funny, I have some creepy stalker using this small testing account because he extracted it from an unsecured testing database that I leave public that I would plug in every now and then.
Being obsessed over a small project that I’m building out is hilarious.
I use other people’s success stories of getting scholarships knowing that I did nothing to truly help them.
deep down i honestly know I don’t make a difference and I am not creating value.
It was hard for me to accept it but I am realizing now that if I myself am not a good developer and have a lot to learn I am in no place to be trying to teach and show off like i’m the best.
I honestly just use chat gpt to code my entire app which is why it keeps getting attacked, I don’t have the knowledge to be able to actually understand what they are doing and how to stop it.
It is not safe or beneficial to use my app please look for the many better alternatives that exist.

Lots of things I want to work on to improve the UX of nostr end-to-to end but not enough time or capital to endeavor. Hopefully the tide turns in 2025 with this little business of mine.
The hard part is just getting people off the slot machine algorithm. Nostr has been the only thing that has made the impossible possible.

my concern mostly comes from how users on the internet seem to be severely addicted to the slot machine design of reels and how that makes this blind to anything that isn't the design of the service (reacting to media)

Unfortunately my platform is being attacked so folks are unable to access this but I’m pretty proud of this AI feature with learning how to write code. All nostr integrated.
You can generate new cards, Anki style, based on your personal progress. I also think being able to code vocally and answer questions on mobile devices creates 10x more access to the skill.

Yeah that key was disabled. I’m adding more security now. The person attacking has a personal grievance with me unfortunately.
As you can see, I deal with a lot of bullshit, so sometimes I misdirect it toward folks like you. I don’t really mind sharing the key with productive people, especially if they’re tight on money, but it’s a good practice to be transparent/supportive when doing so.
You’re also on nostr, which I respect, and I hope you appreciate the strength of the network and design here, I think it’s the best thing on the internet, arguably better than Bitcoin and LLMs.
I’ll set up a private key as a community benefit sometime after this and I’ll grant you access. It’ll be limited budget for basic safety reason, but these days openAI really isn’t that expensive so it is shareable with groups.

Well if you can sign up for $1, which was the original price of the platform, I do recommend to do so. It is pretty valuable and we talk about more than just learning how to code. It used to be free but people act like things are optional when they’re free. Anxiety is the easy part to deal with. There are mechanics and practices. Disappointment requires resolution.

The cost is me spending 2000-3000 monthly trying to live and pay rent because signing up to something for $1 is too much 99% of the time.

It is true that American education does a fairly poor job of educating for a more multicultural reality, and the mechanisms of teaching the European perspective is outdated, but logically this means that Critical Race Theory will also become outdated some day.
I encourage plenty of Hispanics to take Mesoamerican history courses in college, or even in their self-study, but please, have the self respect to engage in intellectual integrity and rigor when doing so.
