Shake ‘n Bake!

NASCAR at Texas Motor Speedway, it’s like a circus.

 We drove down to COTA to spend the day with about 10 of the F1 Academy racers. They were testing in Skip Barber F4’s for their race next month. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

We have considered testing for this series. But it would require moving to Europe for a 6 month stint. The cost of that is one of the reasons there are currently no American drivers participating.

Texas Rep David Cook got us some Texas-welcome goodie bags for the girls.

 Two weeks ago we got to hang out with the USF teams and a Porsche team at Circuit of the Americas in @d7af9dea ‘s neck of the woods. USF is the new “road to Indy” ladder. 

We have narrowed down what we are racing next year to two open wheel opportunities. Everybody wants Ashlyn, but at this level there are no free rides. So now we must fund. 

We will have our sponsor decks ready in the next couple of weeks looking for partners for some racing fun!

 The beatings will continue until morale improves. 

 My daughter, a champion formula car driver, is almost 17 and still doesn’t have her Texas driver license. 

TODAY WAS THE DAY!

We waited months, then went in for the test.

When we went, the lady said everything is in order. Except this required video that you watched…it has to be watched within 3 months of your appointment. Sorry. 

The appointments have to be made further than 3 months in advance at that point!!!

So we made another appt and waited and now this.
