- i believe this whole conversation started with kayla so this is the first example. i personally had to mute people because of harassment. and i am not even doing anything to them. 
- i didnt mean you personally about buttering up, but others (if you are reading this). i feel many people around the world live an isolated life because we often ignore their cries and tell them to toughen up. we are not giving them the help to navigate the experience. 

i guess what i am saying is we need to listen to people's concerns and then help them navigate into safer waters
