As long as there are tank and drone factories, whoever controls them is going to be the ruling class. I don't see how bitcoin will replace tank factories.  

 The economics of destruction are very expensive on a bitcoin standard. The reach of violence is also diminished when the greatest asset is not physical. 

 Economy is only a part of the story, real power exists independent of the economics.
