"Smartphones were meant to help us be more creative and connected, but they instead became slot machines harvesting our attention.
They flood us with notifications and bright candy colors, severing our brain’s ability to sense if we’re hungry, anxious, or bored.
We even forget to breathe when we look at these bright, addictive screens (‘screen apnea’). We’re lured into wasting hours of our time without noticing it,"

It is possible to switch the settings on your phone to be black and white
This helps! I do this when I work from my laptop. Not a great night option as it still emits tons of blue light and has flicker.
Or, smartphones were meant to be sales channels from their very beginning...
I opted out mainstream social media platforms some 6 years ago and it was the best decision ever. The same with mainstream TV channels. An year later began studying crypto and now I think I am a BTC maxi.
Naturally and organically!
