I have to say IF and it is an IF you have a Costco Business Center near you it is the best value in top quality meats I can find. They serve mostly family and small chain resturants. But anyone with a regular membership can go.

I have to drive about 25 miles to Dallas, the distance isn't the issue the shit hole traffic is. I take two 100 gallon cooler and go about 2 times a year. I cut my own primals and average 2-8 dollars a pound on all out meat from there. Chops, strip loins, chucks, rib racks, etc.

Not everything is cheap but it is all higher quality then anything at the markets and all less by a long shot. It still makes sense to track sales and deals.

If you have one near you put in the zip code of the store as your zip code, it will only show online prices if delivery is available to your location. Then you can game out what you want to buy in advance and I don't care if it is July the 4th, take a heavy coat and wear pants. The walk in cooler is about a half acre of glory and cold AF!

Check out Meat Dad at one of these the area he is walking though is a cooler. Again cold AF in there.
