I got taxed to shit when I earned this Bitcoin, basically 50%. I have ZERO intention on paying capital gains taxes when I spend it.

Hate to say it but you may regret not paying capital gains tax. The government isn’t good at much but they are at taxing and collecting. Stories are legion of people not paying taxes and getting prosecuted. By the way I agree with your sentiment. Good luck.
IIRC Audits are about 2% per year, mostly poor black people because they usually make mistakes doing their own taxes because they can't afford accountants and lawyers to help with all the paperwork and rules. High profile people that publicly say they aren't paying taxes are audited with priority though. Gotta keep the plebs scared and in line.
