plan9 is compelling and depressing at the same time.
compelling because IMO its unmatched in the brilliance of its design. depressing because its an example of how the best thing often loses to the popular thing, made popular through less than honest marketing.
but sometimes i think too much. 🤷

 The cream rises to the top. I think after @Start9 ‘s   next release that includes easy ways to safely expose services to clearnet, it will get a massive boost in usage.
